This presentation is a detailed specification of
FloTransPTC, a web-based application that is used by transcription
companies and medical facilities to manage the entire process of dictation,
transcription and distribution. |

remote services management. |

FloTransPTC combines the responsiveness and
flexibility of standard Home Based Transcription (HBT) products with
web-based systems to support Medical Transcription companies and Physician
Dictation requirements in a secure, manageable, rapid, and reliable fashion |

uses a Web Browser, all a user must do is login to the application by using

FloTransPTC has taken painstaking measures to
protect all the information about the patients . Three levels of security
enables to meet and exceed all HIPAA regulations related to Electronic
Transmission of Patient Information. |

FloTransPTC uses HTTP to transmit data via
TCP/IP socket communications. By design, HTTP transmits packets (pieces) of
a file across multiple Internet paths to reduce the security risk. |
|
|
|
|
|
For higher-level security applications, third
party Encryption Verisign that utilizes HTTP are also supported. As a
result, FloTransPTC products are seamlessly integrated into most any
environment; and with the highest available security offered on the Internet. |

|
|
|
FloTransPTC runs on a secure server which
encrypts all data communication between your computer and our server. This
means, anyone intercepting any data while it is being transferred from our
server to your computer could not interpret or decode this data. |
|
|
|
|
To access the data from FloTransPTC server, a
valid username and password is required. FloTransPTC allows you to change
your password as often as you wish. We suggest that you change your
password at least once every three months. |
|
|
|
|
FloTransPTC does not allow anyone to open any
data file from our server. In order to open a data file, whether it is your
dictation or transcription, it must be downloaded to your local computer. |
