FloTransPTC is a web-based application that is used by PTC
to manage the entire process of dictation, transcription and distribution. System
uses the Internet as a collaboration medium for remote services management.
System combines the responsiveness
and flexibility of standard Home Based Transcription (HBT) products with
web-based systems to support clients dictation requirements in a
secure, manageable, accurate, rapid, and reliable fashion.

WEBTRANSPTC is also a web-based application that is used by transcription
companies and medical facilities to retrive reports which are more than 3 months old, since
FloTransPTC does not holds dictations older than 3 months from the current month.
Our Dictation System allows PTC transcription services by enabling
high-fidelity dictation by telephone. To dictate with Dictation System, simply dial a local
extension if system is installed at your location, or use a toll-free number to access an
off-site dictation system server. Also it supports a number of commercial barcode readers, making
patient and provider information input quick and easy. After you complete a dictation,
system saves the high-fidelity recording and transfers it to FloTransPTC for transcription.
DigiSignPTC allows PTC's transcription services by automatically fetching
requested files for Digital Signature and process them on DigiSign server with Image Processing System.
DigiSignPTC is takes feeds (client requests) through UpdatePTC and retrive reports from FloTransPTC.
DigiSignPTC process all requested reports and lock the reports from furture updates on FloTransPTC.
DataTransPTC allows PTC's transcription services by automatically
transferring voice files for transcription from many inhouse client dictation systems, such as Dictaphone and
DVI. Easy to install and deploy, DataTransPTC allows you to leverage
your existing dictation system investments while benefiting from PTC's transcription
services. Voice files from your dictation systems are automatically queued
and transferred at set intervals.
FloFaxPTC allows PTC's transcription services with by
automatically retrieving your transcribed files from FloTransPTC. The files are
organized based on your file management practices and optionally faxed in a scheduled
time. FloFaxPTC is running on a dedicated machines with dedicated phone lines to FAX
reports without any delay.
FloPrintsPTC allows PTC's transcription services with by
automatically retrieving your transcribed files from FloTransPTC. The files are
organized based on your file management practices and optionally printed without
tedious computer commands. FloPrintsPTC is running on a dedicated machines to sever
better with client's VPN and Citrix.
UpdatePTC allows PTC's transcription services with advanced online
editing and updating of your transcribed documents.Completely integrated with Microsoft™ Word®
and Internet Explorer®, UpdatePTC provides the full editing features and word processing
tools you are already familiar with in Word®. Approve, sign, and save PTC transcriptions
with a single click. No command lines or clunky interfaces to deal with. UpdatePTC is integrated
with PTC's FloTransPTC, so all your work is secure and adapted to fit your workflow and
dictation/transcription processes.
